On top of that, the car that I received was thoroughly cleaned both interior & exterior, best condition in my experience so far! 6 stars bro read less

    I rented a mazda 2 for 1.5days. Its clean and was running good. However, the brake was not very strong and the car cannot brake hard and quickly. Dangerous. But the team were quick to respond to try and rectify the problem.

    I am confident this does not happen often, maybe because the car is one of the oldest there. Hope I will get a safe car when I come back again :)     read less

I manage to make the booking 2 weeks prior my booking. Car was very well maintained and clean, the service were very good. Got two numbers to contact through their page and was promptly attended by the staff.The staff in charge was very patient and checked with me my needs before making his recommendations. Ended up with a Toyota Rush at a very attractive pricing (just nice there was promotion). Got the insurance issues (additional cos gg msia) settled and then a quick visual check of the car. Was briefed about some of the SOP and then i was good to go with the car. In and out of the shop took me around 20 odd minutes.Mileage on car is high (but tbh which rental car isn't), car is clean and the car operates the way it is supposed to with no hiccups. The only down side is it is key locked and there is no remote to lock the doors. However not a big problem for me, just need to ensure that I remember to lock it everytime I park the car.Overall, I find "Ride Now" a no frills rental and I am very sure that I will be returning if I have any rental needs in the future. read less

The y then claimed that a small scratch at the bottom of the front bumper was my fault. Interestingly, the small piece of paint that fell off was also on the floor right there. Charged me additional $180 to repaint that spot about the size of a 50ct coin. They also tried attribute a small nick on the bonnet to me which defied logic because the front grill protrudes out more than the bonnet and has absolutely no dent nor scratches. Draw your own conclusions. read less

I'm talking about the guy with the tattoo on the side of his head. Rude man. Instead of talking, he grumbles. When checking for damages before handover, he just marks things down and did not tell me what he's marking. When I talked to him he just grunts and grumbles. Also they didn't provide USB charger for the car unlike other rental places that I've tried. Flexible pick up and return timing and the staff inside the office explained the requirements sufficiently. Their 3rd party insurance excess for probation driver is about $3k more than their competitiors (that's bad) and they collect 300 deposit which is 100 more than their competitor(doesn't really matter). The car wasn't particularly dirty nor was it clean. Exterior was spotless but the interior mats needed some cleaning .P.s. if you are renting their vios, do note it doesn't have Bluetooth stero (if that matters to you), but it was pleasant to drive. read less

And i was very happy that my air con was fixed when it was blowing hot and cold air for the past 2 weeks. 12V Battery was checked and advise that it should still be good for a few more months. The pickup and handing over of the vehicle were both smooth and fast. It was good. The same checker did not say anything this time, he just checked the car and noted down the existing damages before asking me to sign it. It was nice of them to have washed the exterior, but the front bumper had a damaged part that was protruding out. We would suggest they get parts like that fixed before renting out to customers next time. Overall, the drive was smooth even though it was an old Vios model. Probably because it was an old model, the radio that comes with it was old. It did not have any Bluetooth function or port that we could connect to play our own songs. We would suggest they work on this too.To conclude, it was a better experience this time round but we do hope to see newer car models from them in the near future.Cheers! 💪🏼_____________________________________________Rented a Toyota Wish from them in the afternoon on 4th Oct for 4days. When going through the administrative stuff at the office, everything was well and the staff explained to us on the details of the rental clearly.During the checking of the car, however, the checker was unfriendly and not professional. We noticed that the paint on a part of the car was scrapped off. Therefore, we pointed it out to the checker so he can put it down on the checklist but he just brushed it off and showed us attitude. We decided to let the matter slide and proceeded to do our own checking of the car. But, the checker was impatient and rushed us to drive off.That same night, to our surprise, we realised that the left rear door couldn’t be locked. Even though we tried to lock it manually, it didn’t worked as the lock was jammed. We immediately tried to contact Travis multiple times but there was no answer so we proceeded to contact Karate. We were once again disappointed by the way Karate reacted to this matter. We were already in a panic mode and there were tons of stuff in the car for our chalet the next day, as well as plans to go into Malaysia. But all Karate said was that Singapore is a safe country and nothing could possibly happened to the car. How could we sleep well knowing that the car was unlocked? We were truly taken aback by her irresponsible reply towards this matter and felt that she didn’t display any sign of empathy or tried to resolve the problem. Karate suggested that the only solution was to wait until the next day (11am - 12pm) to do the car swap as their staff will only report to work at 10am. We were unhappy with her suggestion as it was gonna be a very packed and hectic day for us the next day and we still have to rush down to do the car swap.We gave up talking to Karate and proceeded to contact Travis again. He finally managed to pick up and we told him about our issue. Thankfully, Travis was understanding and tried to look for ways to resolve the problem. We managed to do the car swap that same night as Travis helped us arranged it.We were surprised to see the same checker when we went to do the car swap. And what’s more amazing was that he had a 360 change in attitude. WOW. He seemed like a different person and was so friendly and helpful that night. But only for that night.It was a big HOOHAH, considering it’s the first time we rented from them. Was excited because of the positive reviews about them but it was a disappointing experience. Imagine what would've happened if we drove to Malaysia without finding out this problem and our belongings go missing. We probably won’t rent from them anymore. Although we came across irresponsible and unfriendly staff, we still want to applaud Travis for his professionalism and prompt reply for this whole rental process.We didn’t received any apology at the end but at least the only good thing was that they waived off the Malaysia charges for us. read less

Rented a silver Honda Stream over the weekend and below are the breakdown of the services that I experienced from RideNow. Wasn't my first time and definitely wont be my last.

    -Travis (contact person) is very responsive and friendly when asked upon the fleet of cars available for the weekend. He even showed me a photo of the car after booking it. In addition, he can even provide an in-car camera throughout my rent, foc.

    -The lady that served me on the day of the collection of the car was very professional and polite when engaging. I'm not surprised being its my 3rd time renting from these company as previous experiences.

    -The mechanic that got my car ready is very transparent as he will indicate any scratches on the car and allowed me to take pictures for record purposes. Exterior was very good condition though. Car was sanitized before handed over to me.

    -Car was very good condition. Aircon was superb. Cleanliness of the interior is good too. Every lever (seat levers) are smooth to use. I do experienced some car from other companies where it was hard to pull the lever to bring down the backrest or adjust the seat to my own comfort. Car key has a button to lock/unlock the car while some companies dont have such a key.(I have to manually lock/unlock car)The Honda Stream i rented also have camera sensor when u reverse. So reversing was so convenient.

    The only cons I can say is that I have to place a deposit to secure my rent upon collection. But as most rental companies i researched requires a deposit too, I have no qualms of putting one as all the good services superseded the amount of deposit I have to pay upfront.

Their mechanics are also very on the ball, they listen to my feedback and actually maintain the cars according to my complaints! Very different from other car rentals where they ignore and say “still can drive la”. Even during this Covid season, I had to return my car temporarily but they were also not sour about it, they understood my plight and we both compromised. This is why I will always go back to them. Got two numbers to contact through their page and was promptly attended by the staff.

    The staff in charge was very patient and checked with me my needs before making his recommendations. Ended up with a Toyota Rush at a very attractive pricing (just nice there was promotion). Got the insurance issues (additional cos gg msia) settled and then a quick visual check of the car. Was briefed about some of the SOP and then i was good to go with the car. In and out of the shop took me around 20 odd minutes.

    Mileage on car is high (but tbh which rental car isn't), car is clean and the car operates the way it is supposed to with no hiccups. The only down side is it is key locked and there is no remote to lock the doors. However not a big problem for me, just need to ensure that I remember to lock it everytime I park the car.

    Overall, I find "Ride Now" a no frills rental and I am very sure that I will be returning if I have any rental needs in the future.     read less

Its clean and was running good. However, the brake was not very strong and the car cannot brake hard and quickly. Dangerous. But the team were quick to respond to try and rectify the problem.I am confident this does not happen often, maybe because the car is one of the oldest there.
