I rented a mazda 2 for 1.5days. Its clean and was running good. However, the brake was not very strong and the car cannot brake hard and quickly. Dangerous. But the team were quick to respond to try and rectify the problem.
I am confident this does not happen often, maybe because the car is one of the oldest there. Hope I will get a safe car when I come back again 🙂 read less

Decided on a Friday morning to rent a car for the weekend (Friday-Monday) and was web surfing before I came... read moreDecided on a Friday morning to rent a car for the weekend (Friday-Monday) and was web surfing before I came across this rental shop. Got two numbers to contact through their page and was promptly attended by the staff.
The staff in charge was very patient and checked with me my needs before making his recommendations. Ended up with a Toyota Rush at a very attractive pricing (just nice there was promotion). Got the insurance issues (additional cos gg msia) settled and then a quick visual check of the car. Was briefed about some of the SOP and then i was good to go with the car. In and out of the shop took me around 20 odd minutes.
Mileage on car is high (but tbh which rental car isn't), car is clean and the car operates the way it is supposed to with no hiccups. The only down side is it is key locked and there is no remote to lock the doors. However not a big problem for me, just need to ensure that I remember to lock it everytime I park the car.
Overall, I find "Ride Now" a no frills rental and I am very sure that I will be returning if I have any rental needs in the future. read less
